In the past nutrition has been an “add on” to training, its importance appeared maybe 6-12months down the track when the initial gains and achievements had started to plateau. At FIT365 Mangawhai we recognise that good nutrition must start on the day that the training begins. Energy levels, mood, sleep, strength, fitness and body composition changes will occur so much quicker and holistically if we acknowledge the importance of nutrition from the outset of your fitness journey.

Nutrition like fitness has to be about longevity; we want to teach you how to eat and nourish your body and mind for the rest of your life. We know you can achieve significant results with progressive and smart changes to your everyday nutrition, while still enjoying food and socialising with your friends and family.
